Built, not pitched

Things I have built

Apps, websites and internal tools for studios, events and one-person businesses. Each one says what the problem was, what it turned into and how long it took. Client names are left out, the work holds up without them.

sanctum-alpine-weekend.vercel.app
The Friday schedule of the Alpine Weekend app on a phone
Event app Case study

A weekend in the Alps, five ticket types, one link

Two organisers, five hotels, one glacier. Every guest opens the same link and sees only their own programme, with the meeting point, directions, the temperature at 2'300 m and what to bring. Built in a day and changed live three times during the event.

The ottopilot home page showing a fitness studio dashboard
Product Live

The assistant that runs a studio timetable

Covers, confirmations and next week’s plan. Coaches get a push notification instead of a WhatsApp chain, and the manager sees in the morning what is still open. Running in real studios in Zurich.

The calendar-to-story tool with a preview on a phone
Free tool Live

Calendar to Instagram story in twelve seconds

Connect a calendar, tick the classes, download a finished 9:16 image. No login, no data on a server. It came out of a reel that produced more requests than I could answer.

The home page of an outdoor fitness studio with a mountain panorama
Website & SEO Live

Website and SEO for an outdoor studio

Concepts, pricing and booking on one page, plus the technical base: structured data, clean URLs, under a second to load. Before this the studio could only be found through Instagram.

The weekly view of a training app showing volume per muscle group
App Private

A training plan that counts by muscle group

Eleven bars a week, one per muscle group. The app shows what is still missing rather than ticking off what is done. Built for my own training, because no app answered the question I actually had.

It runs on my real training data, so there is no public link
beautybook.ch
The marketing home page of a studio software product showing revenue
Marketing site Live

A three-language marketing site for studio software

German, English and Russian from one source, so the three versions cannot drift apart. Seven feature graphics drawn in CSS instead of bought stock images. No page builder, no framework.

sparkling-lab.vercel.app
The landing page of a facial studio with a large portrait photograph
Landing page Live

A three-language landing page for a facial studio

A quiet, image-led page with exactly one job: the booking. Russian, German and English, because the clientele in Zurich is trilingual and the language choice decides the first impression.

internal
The field view of a commentary tool listing thirty teams
Internal tool In use

A live tool for a motorsport commentator

Thirty teams, over a hundred drivers, a twelve-hour race. The field, private notes and every change since the last look, so nobody has to search while on air. Running for one race and built for more.

No public link, the tool belongs to the commentary team

An editorial personal trainer website in black and white
Website Prototype

An editorial website for a personal trainer

Black and white typography, colour photography, pricing taken from the real offer rather than a template. Built in two languages. Finished, but not published yet.

What these projects have in common

01

One question, not a feature list

Every project answers exactly one question for exactly one person. On the mountain weekend it was: where do I need to be next. Anything that does not answer it comes out.

02

The smallest version that genuinely helps

The first build of the event app had sign-ups, a database and live capacity counts. All cut. Without a backend the page was half the weight and had no failure mode left that matters on a mountain.

03

Changeable while it runs

Plans change mid-event. Everything here can be changed in minutes, with no app update and nothing for anyone to reinstall.

Let’s build your project

Send me two sentences on what is not working right now. I will tell you honestly whether it is worth building, how long it takes and what it costs. It costs you nothing but the two sentences.
